The Noble Yuki
The original founding clan of Yukigakure and users of the pristine and mythical Ice Release, the Yuki's destiny were always to be on their own rather than reliant on others. The threads of fate were against them, however, and the Kirigakurens still do not know how or why Yukigakure collapsed and was burned to nothing but cinder and ash. Without their home, the Yuki of Yukigakure were forced to migrate as a defeated clan on the verge of utter extinction.
For where fate had nearly destroyed them, fate too had given them a salvation. Another of the clans allowed to join the village during the Second Mizukage's peaceful reign, along with the Kushaku, the Yuki's destiny was - for now - saved under the wings of Kirigakure. They are usually as frigid as their ice-related abilities, and give the impression they are eternally scornful for being thrown down from their thrones. Black hair and black or blue eyes are common amongst the Yuki, as is a burning desire to restore their homelands once their debt to Kirigakure is paid.

The user unleashes a quick barrage of sharp ice darts. The intensity of the cold is so great, that should a person attempt to block them, it will cause significant damage to the afflicted limb. The user can direct all of these darts forward towards a single concentrated foe, or spray them outward in a fan-like fashion in front of them.
Note: 6 handseals. Number of darts fired is user's ice tier x 3. Darts travel 5 tiles before falling to the ground and melting.
Req: T1 Ice

This technique causes the air around one's hands to drop in temperature, forming shaped sturdy, rigid ice-made weapons. While these weapons are as hard as ice, their flexibility is limited due to the material- however, with proper mastery over their ice, it can reach impressive sizes.

Note: 5 handseals. Maximum weapon size scales with ice tier: T1 Ice - Small weapons (Kunai, Shuriken, Senbon, etc) | T2 Ice - Medium weapons (Katana, Axes, etc) | T3 Ice - Large/Heavy weapons (Polearms, Claymores, etc).

The user can quickly freeze the surrounding air and create an icy, transparent igloo-like dome around themselves and/or allies to act as adefence. It is strong enough to withstand the air assault of so many explosive tags at once, however significantly strong piercing jutsu can drill a hole through the defense.
Note: 4 handseals. Dome encloses a 3x3 around the user. Final seal must be sustained to keep it up.
Req: T2 Ice

This technique creates a cluster of ice needles that resemble miniature swallows. The swarm of birds is then sent toward an opponent, and the caster of thisjutsu has a degree of control over where the needles fly while holding the last handseal of the jutsu. Upon reaching their target, they are pilfered with an intense barrage of flesh wounds akin to a shower of senbon. A widescale Katon jutsu can effectively melt all the tiny projectiles, however.
Note: 7 handseals. Can be controlled within a 7x7 area and be set free to travel up to 7 tiles.
Req: T2 Ice

This technique allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice on the ground and bring it to the surface, or expend extra chakra to create some out of thin air. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice and subjecting them to subzero temperatures. It is strong enough to withstand basic Fire Releasetechniques, because the ice has already been infused with the user's chakra. The user can also surround themselves with the ice prison to act as a shield.
Note: 8 handseals. Prison is 3x3 in size and can be cast anywhere within a 5x5 of the user, and while it forms quickly, is not instant. Requires the final seal to be held to sustain.
Req: T3 Ice

The user creates a sturdy structure of ice crystals, separating themselves from their opponent in making a wall that serves as an incredible defense method. It's reinforced with chakra so it's naturally much harder to destroy, and upon creation can be adjusted to either form a simple pillar or a wide wall to protect against wide-ranging attacks.
Note: 10 handseals. 5 tiles wide in front of the user, with 1 tile in front of them and 2 on each side.
Req: T3 Ice
Hyoton: Kokuryu Bofusetsu

This technique revolves around creating a large ice dragon that barrels forward in whatever direction the caster was facing. The dragon rapidly twists and turns while inair in a spiral motion and, upon reaching the intended target, will ram into them with an upward force to skyrocket them into the air. A second attack can then occur as the dragon serpentines toward where the target should land, preparing to open it's maw to bite the target if they don't reposition. Both attacks of the dragon will inflict heavy damage upon successful strikes.
Notes: 14 handseals. Causes airborne for one round. Second attack occurs at beginning of round after use.
Req: T3 Ice
Hyoton: Makyo Hyosho
[A-rank] (High-Tier Semi-Unique)
The strongest technique in the arsenal of the pristine Yuki clan. The user creatures twenty-one mirrors in a dome shape around their intended targets, effectively blocking their escape as each mirror holds the caster's appearance with no indication of which houses the real one. The mirrors are durable, but can be shattered with significant force; once mirrors shatter, the remaining mirrors move to continue blockading escaping the dome. The user of thejutsu is free to attack from whichever of the mirrors he is in and can rapidly move from mirror-to-mirror to confuse and bewilder the targets. Without high-tier perception or the Sharingan, perceiving the Yuki's attacks and movements is close to impossible. A second usage of this technique is creating a single mirror in front of the user and another elsewhere, essentially acting a portal to launch attacks from to circumvent barricades, fleeing opponents and airborne targets. The longer the dome is sustained and lower the user's chakra reserves run, the slower they become.
Notes: 2 handseals. Intense chakra drain per turn sustained. +2 Speed for moving between mirrors. 7x7 area dome. 7 tile range on secondary effect.
Req: T4 Ice
