It has been one year...
So what kept you guys busy over the year? Travel? Stick inside the village/s? Train alone, with another, or even a group? Did you create a group of your own, or distance yourself? Whatever was done over the year's period you can put down in a reply here, so people can stay up to date on the action! Even if it seems small, you can put the details here, if you want.  After a single month had pass in the village without a single sign of Kaguya Yuria, Barely sticking around not giving others a chance to interact or talk to her. Even her closest friends would not get the chance to hang out with her. The girl had been shaken up after the news of her cousin's team passing on from this world. After that the girl became more and more talented with taijutsu and discovering a new profession.
After several months of isolation away from anyone from her clan and friends that worried about her, the girl had picked up a nasty looking habit. but she didn't even care about her health at this point because she know a little about medicine and medical stuff. She never fully went after that profession. During the remaining of the year the girl focused on training and increasing her Techiques. The girl even learned from karina after a while on bukijutsu for the basics. Even at that point she took on missions to increase her fund for staying in the village and pay for her rent on her single apartment.
Overall the girl avoided socializing with others and focused on her professions, however her own body grow more durable. That was the more she practiced her taijutsu and she had discovered a talent of her clan that she could possibly push herself to but it take a while of hard work. right now all she wanted was to be recognized by her village on her skills and talents.

Tatsuya Igarashi After several months of waiting for the approval of retiring he figured this would never be granted, especially the way the village was operating at the moment. Weighing his options he finally decided to defect from Kirigakure and effectively becoming a rogue in the process. During his time as a rogue he's acted independently, traveling from land to land in hunt of organizations and bounties he consider worthy of his time. Tatsuya had claimed to want to hunt bounties, rogues and organizations to prevent groups like "Abyss" from ever appearing again but throughout the year his judgement and his goals have gradually became muddled, he no longer hunted for the sake of Kirigakure but for himself and for enjoyment. In a blink of an eye, a year passed and he became part of the problem. He was the enemy. |

Kiyogetsu had almost no free-time. He was busy juggling his time as a chuunin and attending to his duties. Along with that he was training with both Takigetsu and Ziogetsu learning new things from both of them. He got demoted at some point, but he still managed to keep busy despite all of this via his project for the Eastern Side of Kirigakure. During the little free-time he did have, he frequently visited Asuka in the hospital. Asuka was his friend so he wanted to make sure he was okay. Though there were times he sat alone-- thinking about his cousin, Nobugetsu along with the demotion he recieved, because it hurt him and his goals for what he wanted to accomplish. Other than that, he remained mature and responsible, keeping a similar attitude to that of one Takigetsu, but less of a 'hammerhead'.
oh yeah kiyogetsu also sort of may have potentially inherited the kabutowari from takigetsu

Slowly growing tired with Kirigakure and the way it was being run, along with surmounting personal issues, this particular individual decided to leave rather than continue to persist in Kirigakure. Be it either her pride or simply due to being fed up because of how things turned out for her within the village at the time, along with how she was perceived due to her ruthless and short-tempered ways at the time when she was younger, Rui turned her eyes to the rest of the world.
Thus she took the time to visit many a place, as a wandering sword for hire, be it the Land of Iron or the Land of Earth, wherever the wind blowed it seemed like; doing odd-jobs and mercenary work, using what she learned from Kirigakure to scrape on by. During of which, she learned to have more self-control, keeping herself more akin to a smouldering ruby when provoked; only responding to violence with violence.
It was something of a spiritual journey that did not bode well for Rui, even if it brought positive changes to her person! Eventually, due to a horrid muck-up on her part that almost left her for dead, she'd end up adrift near Drizzletown, only to stumble across familiar faces nearer the end of her one year journey, to which she believed she had no other option at the time; she'd join Uzushiogakure.
It's in Uzushiogakure, that Rui believed she'd figure herself out and forge a new purpose for herself to strive towards; as of yet, she did not know what it'd be.

Yajuu, Asuka The Golden Boy

Ending months of surgeries - months spent healing from his amnesic encounter, Asuka re-entered the world; a shadow of his former self creeping past his newly-chiseled, golden appearance.
~ ~ ~
His passions for medicine dwindled, and it quickly became clear that Asuka hung at the edge of the village's most talented medics; he wouldn't compete for the throne of Head Medic;
Medicial practices were strayed from in favour of self-experimentation - sometimes going to maiming comrades at their request; practices most medics would stray from. Eventually, he broke from his responsibilities - led my a promise he'd made to Kalista.

His obsession for finding an old friend grew to impatience - every excuse he could find to look for them, he took; developing tracking skills for that very purpose.
Still, they eluded him.
...
Another year has passed; The medic has grown confidence, or vanity, both in himself and his abilities.
Now - he walks in a trail of gold, slowly carving a path for himself - trying to build a palace for the last few burning lights in his life.
Overall...
The future doesn't look too bright.

Jinchi
 A rarely seen figure around the withering Mist Village, the puppeteer known as Jinchi had gone through dramatic changes over the last few years of his life. Typically seen in public with his roommate, Sachiko, the purple-cloaked teen has gone from a shy and courteous outlook to a much more ambitious and outgoing personality as he shifts from adolescence to adulthood. He walks around with no shirt on now and his body has become progressively covered in tattoos over the years - now leaving only his face and few other places without ink. Primarily over the timeskip, Jinchi took a few trips out of town and began a small business selling his art on private auctions; some claim he can turn any image or idea into reality.
Public appearances as well as runs on shinobi work has made Jinchi a more common face among Kirigakure's cast. Lastly, to couple with his penchant for showing his tattooed skin, Jinchi has been an incredibly frequent guest in Kirigakure's local gyms: a very sudden change for one whom in the past avoided all manners of close-range fighting.

The blacksmith Yasuo spent most of his time in Kirigakure, spreading word of his trade and keeping people stocked on weapons. On the surface, it was a very uneventful year.
However, alongside spreading word on his trade, Yasuo also showed up quite a bit more at the hospital, with varying injuries. Some say that he was participating in an underground fighting ring--or that he was accosted by less-than-savory customers that wanted things less-than-cheap. A couple of people also say that he was probably just failing at some hardcore parkour, but come on, you can't trust those guys can you?

The defections and shifts of power within the village has hardened Kaijuuzan and continuously tougher missions have left him scarred. The man's skill is focused, a specialist brute with a one-track mind. A danger to others because of lacking discipline and forethought, the shinobi's character has kept him from his goals. During the last six months he has been seen less and less around the village however, a shift being apparent when he is encountered. Easy to amuse with cruelty or bloodshed and showcasing increasingly peculiar behaviour, some say the Genin's sanity frays at the edges...
