The East Side Restoration Project in Full Effect!

As times change, so does Kirigakure, for the greater good. The entire eastern side of Kirigakure has been overhauled and changed completely! Once was a time where shattered buildings and ruins rested, a place of mostly dirt, and people who have gotten shafted many a time.

Now? Things are different, far different. Within a years time, it seems the project has finally happened. Gone with the old and destroyed buildings, in with brand new houses, ones fit for people to actually live in, houses also replaced with newer ones as well! No longer any more dirt! Roads and stone-pathways were built for people to walk on, along with grass and flowers planted to make the place a much better area to live in! Trees have also started growing due to proper nutrients and show off just how much more progress was made!

On top of all these changes, a shelter was built. A shelter to house people and keep people safe in time of disaster, and strife. It will help prevent anymore unnecessary deaths to civilian lives.

How as all of this funded? Some may ask. It was funded by the late Mizukage, Shigekuni. Part of the thanks should go to him. The project was handled by Hozuki, Kiyogetsu and his project manager, Tsume, Oroshi, up until the point Oroshi needed to take time off to recover.

(There are currently no ooc changes to the map, but icly it has changed. It'll be mapped in a little bit after the timeskip.)
