Hello, As I've expressed several times, the rules for creating summons feel far too cut and dry as well as not making sense. The stats were created with shinobi in mind, not giant creatures- it makes little sense that they would move less tiles than a ninja when they are so massive. On the opposite end they would hardly be able to strike with the same dexterity and grace due to aforementioned size. Both of these rules have exceptions of course, depending on the type of summon- and that's the second problem.
The rules don't really take into account the differences in animals... the great jumping capacity of frogs, the slipperiness of snakes, and so on. Summons shouldn't be generic across the board with 1-2 things they're slightly better at, they're not shinobi. The rules feel more like making an inuzuka's dog than anything else.
My first recommendation would be to simply grant a pool of 'points' to spend for creating a summon, one that admins would have to approve so that players can't do t4 speed t1 everything else for example. Players should also be able to suggest any perks, custom or otherwise, that would fit such a summon. Thank u for listening.

it does compared to a t6 ninja
but it also hits in a large aoe that pretty much cancels out the negative
