Tsume Clan
Members of a clan most discredit or intentionally shun within the Hidden Mist Village, those of the Tsume clan are the scum of Kirigakure. Considered as the lowest born of all clans, they have been mistreated as lesser by the nobles and even commoner clans for generations ever since being allowed to crawl into the village during the Second Mizukage's reign. Initially a clan of hawk handlers that favored graceful tactics and fluidity in battle, their bad reputation began when their passed clan leader and a party of their more respected clansmen openly disrespected the Third Mizukage in public - earning the leader an execution and his kin a scorned existence.
In the generations that followed, the Tsume grew to hate the nobles that they perceive to have never worked for their fortunes. Since the rise of the Fourth Mizukage, however, their signs of hatred and discontent have been quelled. The demands for the nobles to relinquish their wealth have been loudly supported by those of the Tsume clan, nonetheless, as this clan of vicious hunters will - for now - occupy themselves with claiming wealth from the bandits and outlaws surrounding Kirigakure.
It is said that the clan leader that was executed held a doujutsu that gave him the vision of a hawk, yet other examples of this have not been known in Tsume since then - at the least, to the public. Despite being shunned, the Tsume's legacy as amazing hunters and trackers remains to be something to be feared within Kirigakure. They generally cover a wide range of specializations with a common theme of tracking and training hawks binding them as a family. The Tsume tend to have brown hair and sharp orange eyes.

Spirit Animal (Innate)
Almost every member of the Tsume clan has a pet hawk that acts as either their primary companion or a useful tool that completes certain tasks for them. Attempts to involve their favored feathered friends in their combat has been made in the past, but usually ends with the hawk being slain far too often for recent generations to continue trying. Tsume Hawks are capable of delivering their owner's mail and small items across the continent, as well as acting as a scouting tool that can relay information to them (Tsume can communicate fluently with their Hawks.) If a Tsume has the Ryoshigan unlocked, they are able to link with their Hawk and see through their eyes to gain a bird's eye view for miles upon miles.
Hawken Agility (T2)
Members of the Tsume clan train to replicate the abilities of their clan animal, the hawk, as they do not typically drag their companions into battle. The Tsume themselves tend to glide around in battle, moving with fluidity and grace that is often bolstered by acute uses of chakra. They are able to launch themselves forward with suimen, unlike the standard of only vertical movements, to surprise an unsuspecting foe or close a distance.
Notes: Can suimen jump forward for +3 tiles. 4 turn cooldown. No cooldown if used to engage combat. Tsume exclusive.
Ryoshigan: Stage One - Tracker's Eyes (T3 Doujutsu; Semi-Unique)
An awakening doujutsu that provides the Tsume with the eyes of a hawk, and beyond. Seeing great distances and a sense of clarity on the battlefield that few in the world can rival are the first hallmarks of the doujutsu. The silhouette of every living being in their view is layered with a vivid red color as everything else fades to black-and-white, making spotting and tracking seamless for a Tsume. They cannot see through objects. Footprints, blood trails and other similar signs of recent activity are also outlined in a fainter red hue that makes successfully evading those with Ryoshigan near impossible as the chakra trail cannot be fooled by anti-tracking measures. The high contrast between non-threatening, black-and-white lifeforms (trees, grass) and threatening red lifeforms (humans, summons) induces an added benefit of incoming attacks being easier to distinguish. The Ryoshigan appears as orange-red eyes with an intense red dot being present in their pupil.
Notes: +2 Sight.
Ryoshigan: Stage Two - Hunter Phantasia (T4 Doujutsu; High-Tier Semi-Unique)
Evolved beyond the regular limits of Ryoshigan, three half-circle swirls rotate around the user's eye as their perception of the world locks upon a single person that becomes their target - the Tsume takes the role of hunter, and their target prey. Their dynamic vision becomes further darkened as they become blind to everything but their target and visual information prevalent to their fight. While this makes them incredibly susceptible to attacks from outside forces and flanks, they become unquestionably deadly one-on-one. Deceiving one with stage two Ryoshigan is far more difficult due to their eyes following movements at untold speeds for unrivaled vision in their engagement. It takes two full rounds to disengage from this state, making this stage of Ryoshigan one that requires a commitment to the fight to come. They are able to see their target through walls and most forms of trickery, and perceive their limited view of the world in slow motion to allow amazing reaction speed.
Notes: +2 Perception. Perceives in slow motion and can overcap perception. Can only see directly in front and their target while all else becomes fully invisible, including people.
