Deranged Outlaw Interrupts Fight!

A strange occurrence took place during one of Kirigakure's famous unsanctioned fight pit brawls, placing a strange traveler known as the 'Saint of Taijutsu' Liu Wei in a difficult situation of confrontation! A second fight to interrupt a 2 on 7 money match nearly broke out between a large escaped criminal, and Liu Wei with several shinobi, warning of a potential other attacks if the fighter didn't leave the village. Only after this warning would the man who introduced himself as "Breath of God" leave the pit and escape the village... Shinobi witness reports say that he simply swam from the village docks across the ocean, a testament to his odd appearance and ability. Upon interview, Liu Wei had this to say:

"That man is a beast all on his own. The group that he affiliates with would base themselves around becoming the strongest in the world, and would seek out and attack any who would be deemed as too strong to let alone, whatever their reason for it may be. I want to say that they would leave a village such as Kirigakure alone but if they become bold enough, or strong enough, I fear they could very well do something crazy like that. They are crazy, themselves. It has also not been the first time encountering this man, at least, and he first introduced his group as the Kami no Kankaku."

Upon further investigation, it has been discovered that they are not a large group of followers, but a small group of five men, including this Breath of God individual. If any knowledge of the five's location or descriptions come to light, reporting such information would be rewarded.

In the meantime, the martial arts fighter Liu Wei, still intends to teach those willing to learn in casual semi-regular visits to Kirigakure, in short enough spans as to avoid warranting unnecessary attention from this extremist group.
