[Kirigakure] Mission Report - March 20th Year 1203

Our mission was given by the Mumei and I along with Moubu were tasked to lead it.
We picked out a squad consisting of:

Tsume Oroshi
Michio
Jinsei
Hoshigaki Tomoe
Mura
Yuki, Kazuhiko

With the help of the Mumei scout we managed to infiltrate a village from which the Cult does their operations. Our goal was to attend a meeting of the Cultists and take out their leadership while they were all clustered in one place.
We made it to the meeting-room and were about to head in when a stray technique from inside the room burst through the door and killed the scout. Moubu gave the signal to retreat and regroup and so we began to do so only for Hoshigaki, Tomoe to use the Kirigakure no jutsu despite us being undetected. The use of the mist alerted them and they set off the alarms which made the whole village swarm the mansion while also making it difficult for us to coordinate our attacks since we couldn't see each other. The amount of cultists we killed reached close to a hundred between us and there were many more coming after us.

In the chaos Moubu was separated from the rest of us and Michio's face was disfigured. We managed to fight our way out of the mist and escape into another level of the Mansion, finding a trapdoor through which we could escape from the Mansion and the village. Hoshigaki, Tomoe was interrogated after the mission; he seemed unable to understand the scope of his blunder, needlessly getting one of us possibly killed or captured and being entirely pleased with his performance nonetheless. As a result I saw fit to punish him once we reached Kirigakure's shores, beating him to the point of unconsciousness.

Moubu is presumed M.I.A. at present.

-We learned that the Cult is fortifying their settlement but it is still far from well-guarded.
-The entire village is more or less militarized with the amount of cultists requiring large scale destruction or many squads to deal with head-on.
-With our recent infiltration attempt it can be assumed that their security will be heightened further in the future.
-There is a secret entrance to the Mansion accessible by water. [Attached are more coordinates.

-Assessments-
Tsume, Oroshi: Managed to find a way out through use of his hawk summon. Acted in accordance with orders. Showed considerable skill.
Michio: Did a good job with staving off the cultists through bladework. Synergized well with Oroshi and I.
Mura: Showcased quick thinking. Competent.
Yuki, Kazuhiko: Made use of ice-release in a way that aided in handling the large amounts of people. Maintained his cool.
Jinsei: Unsure of contributions. Wasn't in the way.
Hoshigaki, Tomoe: Incompetent. Endangered all of us and is unfit to be a shinobi. A danger to his comrades.
