East Side Restoration Project
(or ESRP for short)
This is a project in which the entire Eastern Side of Kirigakure will be restored completely. The goal of this project is to make the place better, and provide help to the people in need. Instead of being brown and sickly, full of destroyed buildings and dead trees, it will be restored, allowing for plant growth, new buildings, and destroyed ones being removed. However, this all has to have a start.
This project will start in steps, and move on from there. The first step is to provide plant growth by planting grass, flowers and other plants to the entire island. It will flourish in green, yellow and other colors, trees will grow back their long dead leaves and things will be much nicer compared to before. After that, roads will be built, and proper stone pathways will be placed to allow proper walkways and areas to be not so dirt filled.
The second step's goal will to remove any and all of the destroyed or old and unused buildings on the island. They are no longer needed, and when they're taken care of properly will begin the third step. The third step will be a process of building entirely new buildings, replacing all of the ones removed. Instead will be actual houses for people to live in, along with new ones not being replacements to begin with. To end things off, the final thing that will be built will be a shelter for those who are in need or if there's an emergency or crisis.
